会社訪問にて

大阪府中小企業家同友会という経営者の会に入っているのですが、その会では

毎月、会員さんである会社の報告があります。

そしてその会社の沿革や、強み弱みなど経営者がざっくばらんに報告して

頂けます。同友会がいいのが、決して企業アピール、営業目的では無いので

本音が聞けたりします。

また他の同友会会員も同じ思いや経験を積み重ねているので、自分と同じで共感

したり新たな発見をしたりと学びが多くある点です。

昨日12月5日、例会前のリハーサルで会社訪問に行かせて頂きました。

弊社のすぐ近くの三恵メリヤス株式会社　https://www.sankei.fm/　

（＆株式会社インス　https://www.ins.fm/　）という会社様です。

1926年創業の歴史ある会社様で国内縫製にこだわった会社さんで

現専務取締役の三木健さんの報告概要を聞かせていただきました。

円安で日本縫製、日本製の服は国内では厳しい状況ですが、逆に海外では製品が

売れており絶好調の会社さんです。

日本いや世界のアパレル企業の中で、世界初のGOTS　CSCS　を取得した会社さんです。

Global Organic Textile Standard（GOTS）とは？
オーガニックの繊維製品の基準と認証マーク。有機栽培（飼育）の原料を使用し環境
と社会に配慮して加工・流通されたことを示すマーク。
GOTS　SCSCは、グループとして１つの認証で、製品がつくれるようになる

もちろん中小企業なので課題はたくさんあるようですが。。

それでも前進している感をすごく感じたリハーサルでした。

I am a member of the Osaka Prefecture Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Entrepreneurs Association.
In this association　we have monthly business reports from the member companies.
During these reports, company executives candidly share their company’s history, strengths,
weaknesses, and other relevant information. What’s great about this association
is that it is not for corporate promotion or sales purposes, so we can hear the honest truth.

Furthermore, other members of the association have similar thoughts and experiences,
so there is a lot of learning through shared experiences and mutual empathy.

Yesterday, on December 5th, I had the opportunity to visit a company during a rehearsal
before our regular meeting. The company is called Sankei Meriyasu Co., Ltd.
(https://www.sankei.fm/) and INS Co., Ltd. (https://www.ins.fm/), which is located very
close to our company.
It’s a company with a long history, founded in 1926, and it specializes in domestic sewing.

I had the chance to hear an overview of the report from the current Managing Director,
Mr. Ken Miki. Despite the challenges in the domestic market due to the weakening yen,
they are doing exceptionally well in overseas markets. They are the first company
in the world,within the apparel industry, to obtain the GOTS CSCS certification.

What is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)?
It’s a standard and certification mark for organic textile products.
It indicates that products have been processed and distributed with consideration
for the environment and society, using raw materials from organic farming or breeding.

GOTS CSCS is a single certification for the entire group, allowing products to be created accordingly.

Of course, being a small and medium-sized enterprise, they face many challenges,
but I felt a strong sense of progress during the rehearsal.
